Key qualifications of Lean Six Sigma coaches:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or similar technical field
- Completion of training and certification – ASQ or equivalent
- 20+ years of direct experience with demonstrated success and financial results
- Leading Six Sigma transactional & manufacturing projects
- Technical mastery of Lean Six Sigma tools
- Experience with leading Lean Six Sigma Kaizen implementations in at least 150+ projects
- Excel in knowledge transfer with an emphasis on concurrent development:
- Leadership
- Change Management
- Team Management
- Data-driven Decision-making Skills
