Key qualifications of Lean Six Sigma coaches:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or similar technical field
  • Completion of training and certification – ASQ or equivalent
  • 20+ years of direct experience with demonstrated success and financial results
  • Leading Six Sigma transactional & manufacturing projects
  • Technical mastery of Lean Six Sigma tools
  • Experience with leading Lean Six Sigma Kaizen implementations in at least 150+ projects
  • Excel in knowledge transfer with an emphasis on concurrent development:
  • Leadership
  • Change Management
  • Team Management
  • Data-driven Decision-making Skills
