Lean Green Belt Training

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training - Duration: 3 Non-consecutive Weeks
Attendees: Management and operations team members who wish to learn and use lean and Six Sigma tools to solve business problems using all the tools of Lean Six Sigma.
Key Learning Objectives:
- Three weeks of training and skill transfer
- Lean Six Sigma, the proven methodology which combines Lean and Six Sigma into a single, coordinated initiative
- DMAIC structured problem solving model
- Six Sigma statistical and analytical tools
- Sigma Kaizen methodology and how to use it to reduce project time from six months or more – to six weeks or less
- How to lead project teams within your area of responsibility to rapidly implement high-impact business improvement
Skills Development Objectives:
- Three, one-week training sessions consisting of two weeks of classroom training and a one-week Sigma Kaizen event at a plant site where you experience real-world application of your learned concepts and tools. Your project will be selected with the guidance of our Master Black Belts, who will mentor you online and by phone as you progress through the training.
- There are four weeks between the event week and the second week of training, during which you will use Lean Six Sigma skills to complete the define and measure phases and begin the analysis phase of your project.
- Certification is provided upon successful completion of the training and two projects, demonstrating proficiency in applying Green Belt tools.
